Poultry Industry in Lebanon – Facing Foreign Competition - قطاع تربية الدواجن في لبنان

Description: Chicken, part of the large poultry family (duck, turkey goose), is present in almost every household’s or restaurant’s kitchen in Lebanon. In fact, consumption per capita is estimated by some at 30 kg per year. The size of the local market hovers around $350 million while imports average $17 million per year. The country is home to more than 10 large poultry producers and some 2,000 poultry farms. The Lebanese poultry producers have the capacity to tend to the entirety of local demand but they are calling for stricter protectionist policies to shield them from foreign competition.

الخطّة التشغيليّة لوزارة الصناعة و تقييمها للعام 2019

Description: تتألف الخطة التشغيلية الحاضرة و الطموحة من خمسة و ثلاثين نشاطاً مطلوب تنفيذها رغم كل التحدّيات و الظروف التي طرأت – بشكل جزئي أو اجمالي اللتي طرات خلال العامين 2017 و 2018 لا سيما تأخر صدور النصوص القانوننية المرجو تعديلها لتطوير مسار القطاع الصناعي، و ذلك يعود الى الوضع السياسي المتارجح في تلك الحقبة و لا مجال للخوض في تلك الاسباب اذ يتم اطلاق الخطة التشغلية الثالثة بتفاؤل كبير مع تشكيل الحكومة الجديدة و استكمالاً لتحقيق النتائج المحدّدة و المرسومة في الخطّة الاستراتيجيّة تمَّ ترقيم قائمة الأنشطة وفقاً لمنهجية الترقيم المعتمدة في الخطة الإستراتيجية مع تحديد المراحل التي سيمرّ بها كل نشاط مطلوب إنجازه. كما تتضمَّن الخطَّة التشغيلية الحاضرة توزيع المهام على الوحدات المختصَّة في الوزارة و على الجهات الخارجيّة من منظمّات ووكالات و شركاء معنيين للتشارك في آليّة تنفيذ الأنشطة، و إقترن كل ذلك مع تحديد المؤشرات و النتائج التي يجب تحقيقها قبل نهاية العام الجاري إضافةً إلى الموارد و الأكلاف اللازمة مع تقسيم للفترة الزمنية (بشكل فصلي) لإنجاز كل مرحلة من كل نشاط من المتعارف عليه، أنَّ الخطَّة التشغيلية هي الأساس لرفع التقارير و المتابعة، لذلك وضعنا جدولاً مفصّلًا لهذه الغاية بهدف زيادة عامل الشفافية لإنجاز المطلوب

Description: تتألف الخطة التشغيلية الحاضرة و الطموحة من أربعة و ثلاثين نشاطاً مطلوب تنفيذها رغم كل التحدّيات و الظروف التي طرأت – بشكل جزئي أو كلِّي - خلال الأعوام الثلاثة 2017 – 2018 و 2019 أدَّ ت إلى تأخر ظهور النصوص القانوننية المرجو صدورها و / أو تعديلها لتطوير مسار القطاع الصناعي، و ذلك يرتبط إرتباطاً وثيقاً بالوضع السياسي الذي ما زال يعيشه لبنان، إلا أن وزارة الصناعة حريصة على القيام بواجباتها و تتواصل مع شركائها الحاليين و المحتملين بإيجابية لتطوير القطاع الصناعي وفقاً لخطوات ثابتة و مدروسة و استكمالاً لتحقيق النتائج المحدّدة و المرسومة في الخطّة التشغيلية لعام 2020 تمَّ ترقيم قائمة الأنشطة وفقاً لمنهجية الترقيم المعتمدة في الخطة الإستراتيجية (2016 – 2020) مع تحديد المراحل التي سيمرّ بها كل نشاط مطلوب إنجازه. كما تتضمَّن الخطَّة التشغيلية الحاضرة(2020) توزيع المهام على الوحدات المختصَّة في الوزارة و تحدد أطر التعاون و التواصل مع الجهات الخارجيّة من منظمّات ووكالات و شركاء معنيين للتشارك في آليّة تنفيذ الأنشطة، و إقترن كل ذلك مع تحديد المؤشرات و النتائج التي يجب تحقيقها قبل نهاية العام الجاري إضافةً إلى الموارد و الأكلاف اللازمة مع تقسيم للفترة الزمنية (بشكل فصلي) لإنجاز كل مرحلة من كل نشاط من المتعارف عليه، أنَّ الخطَّة التشغيلية هي الأساس لرفع التقارير و المتابعة، لمختلف الأنشطة المستهدفة، لذلك وضعنا جدولاً مفصّلًا لهذه الغاية بهدف تفعيل الإنتاجية و زيادة عامل الشفافية لإنجاز المطلوب
